Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Royal Bank of Scotland International full-time

Pros

Great work life balance, Amazing benefits (Insurance, cab service etc), Tons of free food, gym and rest area at office

Cons

Slow moving and very hierarchical, old technology.

Former Employee - Banking Officer

I worked at RBS Group full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

They have good Pay Leave/Holiday system, If you plan your leave and let know the management beforehand, they grant your leaves. Healthy work environment.

Cons

I would say they can increase pay scale as I felt it was a bit less.
