Employers respond to employee feedback. Employers put forth a lot of effort in appropriately matching peers to tutors. Preferences are solicited by employers.

Cons

Time sheets have nit-picky rules and are bothersome to complete.

Great networking opportunities, managers and division administrators are supportive and provide a myriad of different projects, many opportunities to work with clinical and non clinical workers.

Cons

slow paced environment but otherwise had a great experience
