I have been working at Ryder System full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great company to work for, the teams are very helpful and inclusive. I've worked here for 12 years, started at an entry-level position, and worked my way up the ladder. So many great growth... opportunities.

Cons

Compensation is not the best, and working hours can get out of control if you don't manage expectations.

Advice to Management

Analyze work loads, there's only enough hours in the day to complete everything.
