Current Employee - Senior Business Development Manager

Pros

I've been with Rylem 5 years and these are the highlights that have kept me here: Best culture I've experienced in a workplace, ability to own your own book of business and treating it like your own... company, creativity to try different ideas is welcomed, direct access to the CEO so you don't have to jump through hoops to get things approved/ask questions/discuss ideas, a CEO that challenges you to push yourself in a motivating and positive way (I've grown as a BDM and as a person because of his management style), amazing commission structure!

Cons

Globally spread out team, challenging to have onsite team activities, but remote flexible work location options is a perk.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

Pros

I have stayed as long as I have because there is a trust based culture and no micromanagers. I like that consultants can freely do their projects and have autonomy. There is nothing mandated. There... are side projects you can get involved with and make your own.

Cons

Since it was acquired by Infogain, there have been some growing pains and unexpected layoffs. The pay here is not as high as it could be for the industry.

Job Openings

There are currently no open jobs at either company.
