I have been working at BlackLine full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Brought in CTO, Architects and a great development Director that know what they are talking about and "have done this before". Got rid of a development director that avoided... responsibility/accountability and really didn't do anything positive. Got rid of an engineering VP that made bad decisions.

Cons

The ineffective and non-performant product team needs the same scrub that was done to the development management...teams have been working without a road map..kinda the whole reason for a product... team...no real vision or effective direction from the product team.

Advice to Management

I wrote a poor review some years ago....the personnel changes in Engineering Management and the leadership of those new people have totally changed my mind. I've changed in attitude from "having to... watch my back" to "looking forward to the future"
