Current Employee - Employee

I have been working at Rainforest QA full-time for more than a year

Pros

Rainforest has gone through a lot of changes in 2019, but that is to be expected at an early/mid-stage startup. Despite the changes, where we had to say bye to a lot of good friends/colleagues, the... company is finding a way through. In some ways, we've regained a lot of clarity as an organization and things are looking up even more than before. There's a good crop of people here working on some very challenging problems and shifting some fundamental aspects of the business to set it up for success.

Cons

Lot's of changes that people need to be resilient enough to work through.

Advice to Management

The leadership team can do a better job of communicating and continuing to evangelize everyone around our new goals.
