I have been working at SAP full-time for more than a year

Pros

SAP has great benefits and close enough to match companies like Google, Microsoft, etc. Freedom to work and learn Helpful people and lots of online training available to learn.

Cons

Under DBS finding a project can be a challenge. Self-initiative is required to make our career. Traveling can be hectic and health issues

Advice to Management

Please work with resources and groom them and make them experts in particular areas rather than just asking to work on anything to get billable.
