Pros
The company has embraced a hybrid work week and handled the changing tide of work from home beautifully. SHI has NOT implemented a mandatory return to 5 days in the office. I am happy to say the CEO... is moving forward with the current trend of businesses caring about the mental health of their employees and I see real work toward employee satisfaction. New well being days have been added to PTO and new Floating Holidays have been added for President's Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day and Juneteenth! Financial improvements have been implemented as well, an increase to employee 401k match and merit increases were given earlier then usual in 2022. Steps have been taken to champion a more diverse population and Employee Resource Groups have been created. COVID19 made it hard for people get to know each other outside of their own work group and these resource groups allow for remote workers and onsite employees from all aspects of the business to mingle and get to know each other. It is an enriching experience that I have enjoyed taking part in. I have a great team of people that I work with and I am happy to come to work on the days I am in the office as well as the days I work from home. Accepting a position at SHI was a great move for me and my family.
Cons
I would love it if the company was at the top of the list for paying the most competitive salaries in their industry.

Cons
Quick pace in fast changing & competitive industry (Also a pro)
