Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at SPX full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Good pay and good work life balance.

Cons

I can't think of any cons.

Current Employee - Director

I have been working at Red Ventures full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

The company is in growth mode so for strong performers there are always bigger roles and broader responsibilities to step into. To help people with those transitions, RV invests in training formal... programs and also encourages informal mentor relationships - it's exciting to see how invested others are in your growth. Compensation is really competitive with massive upside as there are not the small cost of living compensation adjustments but instead opportunities for merit-based compensation increases annually. RV truly rewards it's employees for investing in others, taking risks and trying new things.

Cons

The pace of work can be a huge learning curve, but once you get up to speed, there's no looking back. I couldn't imagine it being any different now.
