Colleagues respect and appreciate each other's background and experience.

Cons

It was difficult to develop a camaraderie and working relationship with the government customer during COVID.

Nice people, valuable experience gained, good amount of flexibility

Cons

Pay for first time interns is not amazing- low twenties. But it is in Hunstville where things are cheaper. Relocation money was also not enough.
