I have to put 5 words here for the review, but I'm not sure I have any cons that are different from any other job or have anything to do with this employer.

Pros

Fantastic career opportunities, excellent vision, strategy and values. Feels graet working for a company that positively promote the circular economy and play and active part in implementing it into... the business. The basic salary may not be as lucrative as other companies but the benefit package is good and job security is fantastic.

Cons

Due to a massive expansion over the last few years it is recognised that parts of the company are playing catch up in terms of buisness systems, IT, HR etc.
