"Easy at home job"Jun 11, 2019

Current Employee - Call Center Representative

I have been working at SYKES full-time for less than a year

Pros

Taking calls from the comfort of your own home.

Cons

Pay could be higher. After being assigned to a manager I honestly felt alone and was never contacted or welcomed by him.

Former Contractor - Customer Service

I worked at Arise for less than a year

Pros

If you are looking for a work from home opportunity this one is legitimate. You can choose between different companies with varying hourly rates. You can plan your own schedule.

Cons

You have to pay for your training and you don't get paid during the training period.
