I have been working at SYKES part-time for less than a year
The culture at Sykes is really great! They are so accommodating and open to your needs. The coaches and managers are really great and take the time to really get to know you. The bonuses are also... really good and it is not hard to get them if you make an effort to do well!
Like any other call center, the attendance policy is pretty tight, but not unreasonable.
Advice to Management
Things are really great, although there was a small misunderstanding during training that I had with the attendance policy. Luckily, my coach was very understanding and explained it to me and now I... understand it better.
