Pros
Family feel, professional atmosphere, and fun training program.
Cons
Customer service reviews were oddly handled. Easy to misunderstand. The pay wasn't enough.
Advice to Management
Provide support at all times and to everyone, not just to top sellers. Encouraging everyone will result in higher profits.

I have been working at The WhiteRock Group
Pros
Very ethical team. For a solutions-oriented attorney, a pleasure to work with. I am on site at least three times per week and learn a lot from each member. CEO Gustavo Dolfino is very bright and... enjoys teaching.
Cons
CEO sometimes speaks quickly and "assumes" one knows certain things which to him appear basic. In order to succeed, one has to be willing to have the confidence to say, "What's that?"
