Pros

-Career and personal growth is encouraged and a supported -Well respected product in the market and a lot of growth opportunity, especially now that we are selling internationally -Despite being... acquired by a much larger company, Sage Intacct has a huge influence in the direction and growth of the parent company Sage. -Really smart but down to earth employees across the organization -Approachable leadership -401k match (50% match up to 7% of your salary) -If you do your job well, it'll be somewhere you want to stay for awhile

Cons

-No genuine cons -If you're not up for a fast paced environment, probably won't be the right fit for you -Need to be adaptable to the changes, but they are all positive changes that will allow us... to continue to scale -Gym or cell phone reimbursement would be nice but that's just being nit picky

Keep doing what you've been doing for years on end and keep hiring smart people!

- Great pay with annual performance-based raises - Great benefits - Increasingly open review process with regular feedback meetings scheduled throughout the year - Young, outgoing, intelligent... coworkers - Best product on the market - Opportunities to relocate every few years (handled and paid for by the company) - Tonnes of job security--this company is only growing - Monthly team-building activities paid for by the company - Annual General Meeting, all inclusive 3 night stay at resort for employee and their families - Company owners are still in the trenches working hard alongside you - Company owners seem to really value employee health and happiness - You can learn a lot, tonnes of different skills and opportunities. Even more as the company continues to grow

Cons

- Relocating can be tough - You don't always get to decide where you relocate (often you have input, but it largely depends on the current need) - A few bad eggs can make your experience on a site... stressful

Keep treating your employees well and hiring good people.
