Current Employee - Senior Sales Operations Specialist

I have been working at Sage full-time for less than a year

Pros

One of the best reasons I enjoy working at Sage is the ability to volunteer and partner with the Sage Foundation. I haven't heard of a company that pays you five days out of a year to volunteer with... the a foundation of your choice or provide volunteer opportunities for you to choose from...it's so awesome!!! So far I have had the pleasure of volunteering at three events and I can't wait to continue in this effort to lend our community a helping hand. Sage Foundation is a great way to bond with causes that mean a lot to you personally and professionally; I am happy to partner with Sage in this endeavor.

Pros

The coworkers, the coworkers, the coworkers. I absolutely love everyone I work with, Naylor doesn't hire lame people!

Territory politics, emphasis on call volume, and favoritism

Advice to Management

Make sure that 1 year+ employees are valued just as much as the newer reps. We need love too!
