Start-up environment with flexibility and opportunity to grow. Great HR policies and benefits for all employees, compensation, and entrepreneur type mindset for sales. When something does not work or... if you have ideas for improvement with internal processes, your suggestions are passed to the right people and quickly implemented.
Cons
This is a start-up and that means everything is not going to be perfect. Do not expect for all systems to be working all the time and do not expect that you can work a 9-5 at Cargo Chief. It takes... flexibility and hard work to be successful here.
