The focus on well-being and workplace... culture is unmatched and the company does a lot to make it an enjoyable place to be with your colleagues each day. You have the opportunity to have a lot of visibility with leaders and make a strong impact in different ways in your role similarly to a small/start-up company, and yet you still also have the resources and support needed from Salesforce being a large global company. Grateful to be working alongside the most innovate, intelligent, and fun people in the world!

The company has increased their focus lately on being even more efficient and productive given today's market conditions, which has caused a lot of significant changes within the organization. That... being said, everyone is adjusting but it is still an incredible company to be part of.

Friendly, smart, hardworking people and opportunities to move teams to explore a different type of finance (Retail, Corporate, Sales, etc)

Work life balance can be improved, but it could also simply be working within Finance
