Working at this company really allows for you to flourish both professionally and personally with it's many initiatives made to develop and retain our employees. The focus on well-being and workplace... culture is unmatched and the company does a lot to make it an enjoyable place to be with your colleagues each day. You have the opportunity to have a lot of visibility with leaders and make a strong impact in different ways in your role similarly to a small/start-up company, and yet you still also have the resources and support needed from Salesforce being a large global company. Grateful to be working alongside the most innovate, intelligent, and fun people in the world!

Cons

The company has increased their focus lately on being even more efficient and productive given today's market conditions, which has caused a lot of significant changes within the organization. That... being said, everyone is adjusting but it is still an incredible company to be part of.

Pros

Great experience through my interviews - my recruiter and coordinator prepared me for every step of the process and answered my questions as they came up! Interview team asked me great questions and... really wanted to get to know me as a person . In the time leading up to my first day, the People team and my manager helped me get prepared for my first day and also answered any questions that I had, the experience couldn't have been better! I've been at Bitly for a few months now and I absolutely love it here. The people I get to work with are wonderful and love to collaborate. I am very supported by my manager and given the opportunity to grow and challenge myself on a daily basis. Our leadership team is AMAZING, genuinely cares about overall well-being and is always easy to communicate with whenever it's needed. So very happy to be here!
