Featured Review

Current Employee - Director, Product Management

I have been working at Salesforce full-time for less than a year

Pros

- Product guides the direction. This may sound like a given but most last tech companies, Engineering leads drive and PM support. - Benefits are great and help me find a good work/life balance -... Going from a great company to Salesforce, working for a company that cares is so important to me. I get that so many times over here.

Cons

- In San Francisco. Not really a con, but I live in South Bay. Commute is long. Luckily they are WFH friendly.

Advice to Management

Keep up the perks, benefits, and comp. All of those really make me proud to brag to friends, family, former colleagues. Keep me a happy worker.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at GoodData full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

GoodData just finished with its best quarter, morale is high and outlook is optimistic. Existing clients love the GoodData platform and keep expanding. Most people you work with are friendly... and engaging.

Cons

The company is growing up and making changes for the better. As with all type of changes, not everyone will love it or make the cut. During this transition, there are some pain points associated... with employee attrition and new hires ramping. Typical start-up challenge with rapid changes and ambiguity - the right people will love it, the wrong people will not thrive.

Advice to Management

Put the right people in the right seats, and let go of the ones that don't fit quickly. Seats on the rocket ship are limited, choose wisely. Communicate more with your teams.
