You have the opportunity to have a lot of visibility with leaders and make a strong impact in different ways in your role similarly to a small/start-up company, and yet you still also have the resources and support needed from Salesforce being a large global company. The company has increased their focus lately on being even more efficient and productive given today's market conditions, which has caused a lot of significant changes within the organization. That... being said, everyone is adjusting but it is still an incredible company to be part of.
