Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at Sallie Mae full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Excellent IT management Promotional opportunities Educational advancement supported Personal investment in employees Great benefits

Cons

Nothing avoidable, goes along with IT...long hours, early am calls or overnight problem resolutions. Not really a "con", but should be expected within IT.

Advice to Management

Thank you for all the growth opportunities and technical challenges!
