I have been working at SRA for almost two years now, and I can only say good things about this company. SRA really cares for its employees, and the benefits, perks, and people are amazing here. I... always feel that I am treated with great respect and upper management is very approachable.

Cons

I wouldn't say it's a con, but we don't get stocks unlike other big tech companies. However, the stability, respect, benefits, and work experience that I get from SRA outweigh other such perks at... those big tech companies. I feel very secure with my job and I truly enjoy what I do at SRA, and my friends do not have the same feelings towards the big tech companies that they work for due to the clear lack of mutual respect between the employer and employees. The recent mass layoffs have also reminded me that working for SRA was one of the best decisions I have made in my career!
