No micromanaging Management is supportive of staff and approachable Executive team is approachable Excellent co-workers and team Somewhat flexible Good place to learn

The pay and benefits are not the best Limited career opportunities High workload which is very common in this field Too many trainings/meetings that add to the heavy workload

Advice to Management

I strongly believe the organization has the ability to grow significantly, which would allow for therapists to find other opportunities within the organization instead of leaving when they become... licensed clinicians.
