"Pilot"Nov 22, 2017

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at San Miguel full-time

Pros

Good salary, excellent equipment. Per diem pay was above average.

Cons

Management did not share very much information with the crews. Decisions were made that could have been improved greatly with crew input.

Advice to Management

In the future it may improve your operation to consider people's strengths and weaknesses when hiring.

"Small but great"Aug 22, 2018

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Metropolitan Bank and Trust full-time

Pros

It's a small company with less than 10 people. The good thing about a small company is you learn a lot of things. You learn the whole business which makes you develop lots of different skills.

Cons

The downside for a small company is that there's a small room for growth and career path isn't that defined.
