Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at San Miguel full-time

Pros

Good salary, excellent equipment. Per diem pay was above average.

Cons

Management did not share very much information with the crews. Decisions were made that could have been improved greatly with crew input.

Advice to Management

In the future it may improve your operation to consider people's strengths and weaknesses when hiring.

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at PNB

Pros

Rotation around desks, Lots of great experience with the Bloomberg terminal and work in Excel, Project based learning

Cons

Sometimes there wasn't enough work to be assigned to the intern as employees became busy with their deliverables
