Featured Review

Current Employee - Sales Representative

I have been working at Sandhills Global full-time for more than a year

Pros

Hard work really PAYS off here. The pay is second to none. Every product you're selling is the best in its industry, or on its way to it. Extremely helpful work-environment. You're not expected to... know absolutely everything - asking for help is encouraged. Great travel benefits.

Cons

Some departments can be known for being micro-managed, but not all. Dress code is professional. Expectations can be high. Your friends will probably make fun of you for liking working here.

Advice to Management

Continue to find new ways to adapt with technology.

Current Employee - Creative Manager

I have been working at Sojern full-time for more than a year

Pros

Health benefits, work from home flexibility, casual dress, career advancement, open door policy, coworkers, free snacks, drinks, and alcohol

Cons

Lots of change but that's expected as we continue to rapidly grow, sometimes that can be hard for people though.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! Love it here. I can't wait to see what we accomplish YoY.
