Compare Sapphire Technologies vs Best Buy

Pros

This company just keeps growing and expanding with new products and locations. While other companies were laying off employees after Covid and associates hadn't received bonuses/raises in years, I... can't say the same for Sapphire. Definitely room for growth, a lot of motivation, and friendly associates.

Cons

Benefits are a bit expensive, but isn't that everywhere?

Pros

Employee discounts were nice and working with fellow people my age was also nice. Opportunity does exist to move up in Bestbuy.

Cons

Expect you to go above and beyond, Opportunity does exist to move up in Bestbuy but unfortunately in the wrong ways. Need good relationships with other managers to be eligible.
