Pros
A good place to start the career. Spend a lot of time in training fresh out of college graduates. As a part of my job we have been to the universities to hire college graduates. Not many companies... invest their dollars in training.
Cons
nothing to mention about except that Intriv do not have group health plan but, will reimburse for the health insurance we buy through Obama care.
