Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at SaskTel full-time

Pros

Great people, great benefit, flexible schedule. Work pressure is minimal. OT is non existent.

Cons

Job is not very challenging. I was in a union position so everything is based on seniority. I ended up with quitting the job and started my own company.

Advice to Management

I did not interact much with management since it's a union position. Therefore I don't have much to say here.

Current Employee - Agency Growth Specialist

I have been working at Vendasta full-time for less than a year

Pros

- Fun and exciting culture - Tons of opportunity for growth and new challenges - Regular communication and feedback with leadership - A social committee that hosts lots of fun events - Great food... service perks

Cons

- Longer hours than some comparable companies - High Stress
