Former Employee - Analyst

I worked at Scitor full-time for more than a year

Pros

Scitor had great culture, benefits, missions, teammates

Cons

Sold the company, but positive opinion of SAIC

Advice to Management

None

Current Employee - Talent Acquisition

I have been working at Centauri full-time for more than a year

Pros

Work/Life balance is extremely important. Benefits are much better than those at larger defense contractor companies. Flexible work schedules. Ability to learn from industry-leading experts. ... Executives (and all employees) are passionate about what they do and who they do it for. Integrity is key!

Cons

Just need to make sure that as the company continues to grow, that we don't lose the warm and inclusive culture that we all love.

Advice to Management

As we continue to grow, retain as much of the smaller company culture as possible because what we have here is truly unique.
