working in an agile fun environment friendly atmosphere a lot of sports events and team building

I didn't noticed any negative stuff , it was just nice to work there.

I worked at Wooga for less than a year

Pros

Wooga has work life balance down, which is unusual for a game company. Deadlines will generally be moved before crazy crunch hours are expected. Plenty of vacation days and when you are on vacation... no one expects you to be working at the same time. Friendly employees from all around the world. Big enough to be stable, but small enough for good communication, transparency, and minimal bureaucracy.

Cons

Pay wasn't great as an intern, $800 euros per month. While Wooga is very diverse with regards to country of origin, like many tech companies there is still some lack of diversity when it comes... to women, people of color, etc. It isn't a hostile environment by any stretch, but for a company that makes games with women included in their target audiences, there are surprisingly few female programmers and game designers.

Advice to Management

Overall good, keep the work life balance and the great company culture. Some more energy put towards promoting diversity and building a frame work for addressing issues could make things even better.
