I worked at Scratch full-time

Pros

Scratch is the best type of startup- great leadership, clear vision, smart & kind coworkers. The product is in an interesting space and you'll have challenging work. It's much more organized than... many early to mid-stage startups with a well-defined plan and set of metrics and goals. The best part is the people- sharp, funny, warm employees who are dedicated and excited to be there every day. Also has excellent VC backing and very competitive benefits for a company of its size.

Cons

I really can't say a bad thing about it. All startups require flexibility and hard work, but Scratch's leadership works tirelessly to make it a fulfilling and interesting place to work.

Advice to Management

Keep at it- you're doing an amazing job building a stellar team. The vision for the product is great and it will be huge if you keep pushing forward.
