"Great Company"Nov 8, 2019

Former Employee - ASM

I worked at Scripps Networks Interactive full-time

Pros

The people and company were great.

Cons

The company was acquired by Discovery, Inc.

Current Employee - Customer Service Agent

I have been working at Now TV full-time for less than a year

Pros

Honestly, I moved here From Newcastle upon Tyne and I have never loved anyone job in my life. This is such a relaxed, friendly environment and all the managers encourage you for progress higher roles... in no time at all! I thought this would be a stereotypical call center but it isnt. I highly advise people to go into this company

Cons

Not the best of pay. It's minimum

Advice to Management

More staff nights out and events as a company
