Current Employee - Analyst

I have been working at Secureworks full-time for more than a year

Pros

Benefits, work life balance, challenging

Cons

Time lines to finish projects can be too short

Current Employee - Senior User Interface Engineer

I have been working at Pindrop full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Brilliant coworkers - Helping to fight fraud - Great work/life balance - Generous support for self-development - The things you'll bring to life as part of engineering are almost magical in... their capabilities.

Cons

- Selling ahead of the product capabilities - Historically engineering and sales lead product instead of robust produce management - The culture is great, but the values stale and not well... communicated.

Advice to Management

The product management staff is anemic compared to the size and needs of the company. Those on the staff are fighting hard, but overwhelmed. Consider expanding the team.
