Pros

Growing company with strong strategic focus and leadership. The "Caring Counts" culture is real and encouraged. Loving it!

Cons

IT enhancements can be a bit slow. Understandable with the consistent acquisitions and integrations, but is an area of needed improvement.

Advice to Management

Stay the course, these are exciting times!

We have locations across the country, some people unfortunately, I will never meet in person.
