I worked at DZH Phillips full-time

Pros

I had a very positive experience working at DZH. I started my career at a larger firm then I moved to DZH with a few years of experience under my belt. I found the busy season hours to be much more... manageable than a larger firm. I enjoyed the various social events and give-back events. The firm has great people who are easy to get along with. I always felt supported by partners, managers, and HR. During the interview and onboarding process, HR and the administrative team worked hard to get me up to speed and make me feel welcome. I was always open about the projects I desired to work on, and overall I felt listened to and valued at DZH.

Cons

Scheduling requires some flexibility and negotiation, so the more organized you are the easier it will be to schedule your projects in advance.
