Pros
I have been an administrator with Self Made Marketing, Inc. going on 5 years. Flosusm is an amazing CEO all around, communication has been key. I was able to see so much growth within the business,... from those who started at entry level to seeing them become director of operations. The culture and atmosphere is nothing short of amazing.
Cons
You will need to be able to adapt to change, change is great!
I worked at QCC Business Solutions part-time for more than 10 years
Pros
Social, creative, have worked in that atmosphere for last 17 yrs. Very good at problem solving and making clients feel welcomed
Cons
I don't like to public speak in large groups at weddings, banquets, etc. I like to be more one on one.
Advice to Management
Always hire happy employees it helps a happy event and has them come back for more events
