Hiring process can be tedious as you need to interview with multiple staff from various departments
Advice to Management
Consider looking outside of healthcare but maintain core values of this. Make the hiring process easier. Interviewing with 7 to 8 people in one day is a bit much and it really isn't necessary to have... all those opinions to make a decision.
