Pros

The culture of working towards a collective mission is evident throughout every department.

Cons

The Unilever influence is wonderful in terms of the growth of the company but could impact culture as the growth surmounts.

Advice to Management

Diversity in Vermont has been a challenge, but I am appreciative of the ongoing work to change this. Keep up the good work!
