I have been working at Sevita full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

The convenience of having flexibility, you are always learning and developing through each experience. It has definitely been rewarding to me in more ways than one, the availability to actually move... up and excel within the company.

Cons

The only cons I’ve experienced is you don’t get along with everyone you work with and you definitely don’t see eye to eye with everyone but it’s how you overcome those instances; that matters.

Advice to Management

Everything is always a work in progress, we all have ups and downs and things we don’t necessarily agree with but it’s how that is presented to you and how you proceed with that information that... makes a difference.
