Pros

Great company to work for and I would work for them again. Executive Team and management are easy to work. What the company offers for benefits is top-notch. Everyone loves the company and treast... each other as family.

Cons

I would have liked to have seen the company do more promoting from within rather than hiring from the outside or pulling in from the parent company.

Advice to Management

Look at and promote employees from within and give them the opportunity to lead and manage where applicable.
