What Employees Say
I have been working at Sharp Innovations full-time for more than 3 years
The atmosphere is friendly, fun (random nerf and laser tag battles). The organization of projects is very clear and structured. No official hours, so you can modify your work schedule a little bit... around your life schedule. If help is needed, just walk down the hallway to a co-worker and they will be happy to assist you! There is room for advancement and growth, especially as the company changes to meet the needs of clients today! Sharp also likes to bring in employees that are excited about their work and enjoy challenging themselves! Working with smaller clients allows for direct content with clients if needed, even if you aren't the project manager.
Lots of the projects are for smaller companies, and doesn't allow for too much exposure. Sharp doesn't have a large profit margin like some other companies may, as most clients are smaller, but this... allows for a safer loss of a client as they are not reliant on any one client in particular.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work, and continue to put trust in the knowledge of your employees.
I have been working at WebstaurantStore full-time for more than a year
This is a fast-growing company with great perks. Among them is its very positive and progressive culture, dog friendly work environment and onsite (40 Citation Lane) gym. Expect to work hard, but... you’ll be rewarded with annual raises and bonuses.
It’s growing so fast that there aren’t enough parking spaces! To remedy that for the short term, the company is offering incentives to carpool and work from home.
