Fast paced demanding physical focused

No problem solving cookie cutter

Advice to Management

Needs analytical point of view of facility from a distant vantage point. One where problems may be easily identified because clutter been eliminated. Analyzing problems from within confines of a... daily "battlefield" if you will, are nothing more than temporary fixes, not integrated and often times create greater process conflicts in long run.

Pros

Very nice, professional managers, good environment, flexible schedules, good hours, they saw my potential and put me in the booth right away, potential for raises, etc.

Cons

Not enough over time hours.
