Current Employee - Expansion Pack

I have been working at Shopify full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great company culture, colleagues in SF are wonderful, regular travel opportunities, interesting problems to work on, growth opportunities, great benefits.

Cons

Some internal politics and battles for resources (but I've seen much worse). It can be challenging to be a small US office of a large Canadian company but the HQ offices are getting better at... remembering about us.

Advice to Management

I have high confidence in the way things are going.

I have been working at A Hundred Answers full-time for more than a year

Pros

The people at AHA are awesome! Some of the brightest individuals I have ever worked with. Social activities are fun and are great team building experiences. Client work is for the most part... interesting as new clients and work keep things fresh.

Cons

Downtime between projects or client work is somewhat frustrating when you are trying to keep billable. Communication from management could be a little better with regards to upcoming work and what... is expected from employees.

Advice to Management

Keep finding great clients to ensure that employees are engaged. Great work finding great employees, makes working amongst a team of bright peers very enjoyable.
