Pros

Hi-Line is a very supportive company in terms of everything from HR to compensation. The company itself puts quality product out to their customers and upholds their employees to the highest... standards and expectations but also treats them with the same amount of decency and respect as well. Hi-Line has allowed me the freedoms and comforts to build my own business and grow as an individual, while still being supported by a great company, who backs me 100%.

Cons

At this time, I have not experienced a downside in my role with the company.
