Pros
Plenty of support in all areas, benefits and flexibility. Congenial work environment that is not stressful.
Cons
The multi-levels of secretarial supervisory management that is not necessary and a wasteful use of money. All that the secretarial management team does is hound you to enter your daily work tasks... into their tracking system and keep track of leave requests.
Advice to Management
Cut out the middle secretarial management team as it is a huge waste of money and time. The team generates busy work with no payoff on the upside (i.e., problem solving, hiring and effective... onboarding processes)

Pros
Had a great experience working at W&S. Sadly my position was eliminated due to “budget issues” but otherwise no complaints!
Cons
Non-transparency from mgmt leads to distrust from employees.
Advice to Management
Provide honest, accurate and timely feedback.
