Pros

Schneider Electric trusts it's employees and empower them to do the right thing! SE is open to new ideas, encourages collaboration, growth and individuality. SE has the best benefits packages and... offers competitive wages. SE has a great work/life balance and honestly cares for their employees! Best people and company I have ever worked for and I've worked at some big name companies!

Cons

Constantly evolving tools, communications overload, work load overload.

Advice to Management

Keep up the GREAT WORK! Before you deploy new tools, let some of the users test them, especially users on the fringe that only use it for specific purposes!
