Former Employee - Stature

I worked at Sierra Atlantic full-time for more than a year

Pros

Nice company to work with, good management team , training programs, transparency

Cons

Nothing as cons,I was satisfied except night shifts

Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at Cloudreach full-time for more than a year

Pros

- flexibility - great culture - opportunity to bring in ideas and experience (your voice is heard). There is a lot of room for opinions to grow teams. -for the right person there are a lot of... opportunity for growth

Cons

-Growing at a rapid pace so there are a lot of growing pains that come with that - Restructuring happened recently so there was a layoff which is normal for most businesses.

Advice to Management

Take notice in the great work that your current employees are doing. There are so many great people who work here and some people are being over compensated and others are being under compensated.... The salary ranges need to be altered to really showcase what the skillset is worth in the market.
