Featured Review

Former Intern - Internship

I worked at Sierra Club for less than a year

Pros

Good training and fun people to work with

Cons

A fair amount of data entry and other mundane tasks

Current Employee - Software Engineer

I have been working at Stitch Fix full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Stitchfix allows you to be yourself. Everyone here wants to be here and knows what it takes to run a successful business. Throughout my time I have seen many people come in from the big name tech... companies after being burnt out. StitchFix knows not to push you across the line and respects your personal time.

Cons

Although it is getting much better, it is somewhat difficult to be promoted from within. The leveling rubric is a bit arbitrary as compared to other tech companies.
